Repairs & Servicing
All Eickemeyer equipment can be serviced and repaired. We guarantee a fast and efficient delivery with our pick-up service, remote service or if necessary assistance by one of our territorial managers.

Remote Support
If have any questions or problems with the installation of PC-ECG,
X-Ray, digital microscopes or ERG devices one of our technicians can
remotely access your device software for assistance. Technician fees
apply accordingly.
Online Orderering

Returns
Goods can be returned up to 14 days from date of purchase. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If unsure about your products eligibility for return, please give us a call on 0208 891 2007.
